Built Upon Generous Support: The Hood Family Foundation Endowment

The Center for Greenhouse Gas Management in agriculture and Forestry was partially established by a $5 million gift of support from John Hood, Ph.D., and his wife, Sally Hood.

This significant contribution from the Hood Foundation will support initiatives of the center and provide crucial seed grants for groundbreaking research and early career researchers.

The endowment will continue to be instrumental in advancing our mission across research, outreach, and education, paving the way for innovative solutions and a sustainable future.
